FREE Vaccination Hepatitis B vaccine is free under the National Immunisation Program for babies within 7 days of being born, and children aged 2 months, 4 months and 6 months. Hepatitis B is a viral infection that affects the liver and can cause long lasting liver damage. It can be contracted through exposure to infected blood and other bodily fluids.
